The term large format application generally refers to commonly seen 'posters' on billboards, graphics on bus shelters, subways, fleet and vehicle graphics, point-of-purchase displays, window graphics, and wall coverings. Large format graphics and applications are numerous, and are categorized into two broad groups: Indoor applications and outdoor applications. there are some applications which appear both indoor and outdoor, for example banners, backlit signs, rotating displays and more. We except files created in any of the popular applications: Photoshop(.tiff or .eps) if manipulation is required, the file type should be .psd with layers. All fonts need to be included.
Illustrator(.eps or .ai) Must include link files and font folders or outline text. Images must be linked and not embedded.
Unacceptable file formats: .pdf, .jpeg, .ppt, .gif
Resolution of files: Digital prints require a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at 100% file size or 300 dpi at 50% file size. All fonts and link files need to be included.
